  Convenient Starbucks location! They seem to get a lot of traffic here but not overly crowded. Stopped by one afternoon to grab drinks with a friend and there was plenty of space to sit and chat. I wasn't in a mood for coffee drink so I decided to try one of their refreshers - Mango Dragonfruit Refresher! I wasn't sure if I would like it and actually ended up loving it. Wish I ordered it in a grande size! Good service here.

  I don't like to pick on individual franchises because I genuinely feel that it's best to complain via corporate. However, I'll make an exception thanks to a barista at this location.
  
  I ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew, in the evening, while there was no line. I had a full visual of the barista making the pumpkin cream. I noticed the pump was clogged/not working.
  
  Instead of creating a real solution. This barista decided to eye ball ratios. I thought, hmm maybe she's that good. I watched and she created a pumpkin LIQUID and poured it into my cold brew. I immediately told her I didn't want it. She started arguing with me, that I should try it first.
  
  I purposely have that pumpkin drink to have a subtle taste of pumpkin spice. Secondly, if you know the pump is broken here's an idea: inform the customer before ordering, maybe I'll just get something else. Don't argue with the paying customer because you made something improperly. I corporation creates recipes for consistency of their product. I bought something with an expectation.
  
  She angrily remade it. I watched her make the cream two more times the same way before finally, on a fourth try, she got a proper consistency.
  
  I was in the store 20 minutes. The only saving was the redemption card she gave me for the inconvenience.
  
  Pro tip: don't argue with customers when you're clearly in the wrong. I wouldn't have been upset if I wasn't told to drink something obviously done incorrectly, we all mess up sometimes. I'm human, I get it.

  This Starbucks cannot get it together. They consistently don't have nitro, they have customers waiting for things that you shouldn't have to wait for; cup of water, wait 20 min for a muffin when your drink was done long ago, tea. It rarely seems like a good chemistry behind the counter.
  
  My most recent gripe is that this Starbucks cannot make a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. I've given them 3 chances and each time it has sucked. I just go to the one by the silver spring metro instead. They make an excellent one. And this Starbucks also will have the PCCB as sold out on the app ALL the time. I'm going to assume they don't have the ingredients, capability or desire to make this drink. Really sucks as this one is basically the closest to me, but I really don't like it here. When you're paying $4+ a drink it should ALWAYS be perfect.

  Worst Starbucks ever. Everyone is confused, bewildered , and slow
  Not really sure what was complicated about a grande green tea.

  No thank you :/   Customer service is not at all there. There are some people that are nice but not enough to make up for the people that aren't. Not only that but isn't managed the best literally got starred at by a women and there was not even a hello felt so weird. I asked her if they had jade citrus mint and she said no but then i asked if she had emperors cloud and it turns out they were fully stocked but didn't want to go through the effort.
